Refund policy

If Notchbird isn't for you, you get your money back.

14 days, any payment

Email hello@notchbird.com within 14 days of any payment, including a renewal or a lifetime purchase, and it will be refunded in full. Include the email address you bought with or your order number. You don't need to give a reason.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewals. Use the link in your receipt email or app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders. Notchbird keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Try before you pay

Every feature is free for 14 days before you subscribe, so you can make sure Notchbird works with your setup first.

This policy adds to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not replace them.
